She Recruits is representing a respected Federally Qualified Health Center in Wichita delivering integrated, evidence-based primary care.
This opportunity is ideal for a mission-driven physician who values team-based medicine without the burnout of excessive call or productivity pressure.
Practice Structure:
• 18–22 patients per day
• Minimal phone call — approximately 1–2 times per month
• Integrated behavioral health collaboration
• Multidisciplinary care teams
• Strong administrative and care coordination support
Clinical Scope:
• Full-spectrum outpatient primary care
• Chronic disease management
• Preventive health services
• Long-term patient relationship building
• Quality improvement participation
Compensation & Benefits:
• $220K – $275K salary
• 4 weeks PTO in year one
