100% outpatient role with no call or weekends. Join an established clinic with 18 physicians and 17 APPs already in place. Compensation includes base salary + wRVU incentives, plus sign-on bonus, loan assistance, relocation, and malpractice coverage. Provide care to an established regional population base of 500k patients. Easy cross-collaboration with a wide specialty network, enabling rapid consults and coordinated care plans. Positioned between multiple Texas metro areas, supporting both steady local demand and access to larger academic and tertiary centers when needed.
