We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD) for an outpatient opportunity focused on delivering high-quality care in a mission-driven, community-based setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope outpatient primary care (evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up)
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular disease)
- Deliver preventive care including screenings, immunizations, and wellness visits
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and coordinate care with specialists
- Perform minor in-office procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Requirements:
- MD from an accredited medical school
- Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
- Active (or ability to obtain) CA license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Board Eligible/Certified
- Current BLS
Preferred:
- Experience in underserved, tribal, or FQHC settings
- Experience with culturally responsive care models
