Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Start date will be as soon as confirmed and put through the payor credentialing process. We are looking for one provider to cover a full time need. Physician must be available to work 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month (Monday- Friday). Scheduled hours will be 8am-5pm each day, provider may take a lunch when they see fit in those hours. No call just clinic.

· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· We prefer local candidates but need to understand what travel will be required if not.
· This area does have a high no show rate, so they do schedule to account for if a patient does not make their appointment
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License Only
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: Provider will not need privileges so they can start once access is set up
