Compensation and Benefits
- $300,000 - $360,000 Base Salary (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform preventive exams, physicals, and wellness visits
Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance
Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and clinic regulations
Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
Qualifications
California medical license (or license-eligible)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
Strong commitment to community health and health equity
Working Hours
9am-5pm
