Located in Des Moines, IA, this premier OB Hospitalist opportunity offers a $400,000+ base salary and a massive $150,000 recruitment incentive at a high-volume, 622-bed Level II Trauma Center featuring a 44-bed Level III NICU. This visa-eligible (J-1/H-1B) role follows an 84-shift annual model (approx. 7 shifts per month) with a focus on the OBED and unassigned deliveries, providing a perfect balance of high-acuity clinical work and exceptional compensation in a top-ranked Midwest city.
Hospital Employee, Inpatient only. No Call. $400-425K Annual Salary. Quality Bonus production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and $5,000 available. 403B. 15 labor rooms/ 40 Postpartum recovery rooms. averaging 3000 delivery ( 1000 C section). Highly compensated with excellent benefits!.
