Overview:
* Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
* Join a collaborative primary care team with 2 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners
* Outpatient-only practice with 36 patient contact hours per week
* OB optional (no overnight call unless performing your own OB cases)
* Full diagnostic and therapeutic support including pharmacy, infusion, and rehab services
* Strong specialty support with visiting services including Orthopedics, Oncology, General Surgery, Cardiology, Nephrology, Urology, and more
* Mentorship available for new physicians
* EPIC EMR system
* Flexible scheduling with option for reduced FTE

* Base salary: $323,400 plus additional incentives
