Their integrated care model includes primary care, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, prevention programs, and community health initiatives.

The Position:

Our client is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join their outpatient care team. This provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing disease management. The physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population and collaborating with advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $200,000 – $280,000+ Base Salary (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
  • One Saturday Per Month
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care including patient evaluations, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing and prescribe medications as appropriate
  • Educate patients on preventative care, chronic disease management, and medication adherence
  • Provide culturally competent healthcare to a diverse patient population
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop coordinated treatment plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
  • Serve as a collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Providers when needed
  • Build strong relationships with community providers and referral partners

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active and Unrestricted Ohio Medical License
  • DEA License
