Position Highlights

• Schedule: 4.5-day workweek (primarily daytime clinic hours)

• Patient Volume: 15–18 patients per day

• Call: Only 5–7 shifts per month (pediatrics call via phone only)

• Practice Model: No RVUs, no production pressure

• Setting: Outpatient clinic with hospital collaboration

Practice Details

• Four 8-hour clinic days per week

• One half-day for charting and/or patient care

• Supportive, team-oriented environment

• No competition for patients—focus on continuity and quality

Additional Responsibilities

• Pediatric call handled by phone (5–7 shifts/month max)

• Discharging newborns when on call

• Facility averages ~60–70 deliveries per year

• Hospital has OB/GYN coverage in place

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000+ Annual Salary (Negotiable) (W-2)

• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000

• $5,000 CME allowance annually

• 35 days PTO + extended illness time
