- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–4:30p (flexible)
- Option: Potential 4-day work week
- Call: None
- Setting: Outpatient primary care
Practice Details:
- 3-provider primary care clinic
- Adult-only patient population (18+)
- Patient volume: 18–20 per day
- Coverage due to provider vacancy (ongoing need)
Support Staff:
- Dedicated MA per provider
- RN + front desk support
Requirements:
- Physician only (no APPs)
- Board Certified/Eligible in Primary Care (IM/FM)
- Active Connecticut license preferred
