A growing outpatient clinic in northern New Mexico (80 miles N of Albuquerque) is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from newborns through adults. This position offers an immediate start, with the potential to transition from locum tenens to a permanent role. The clinic emphasises quality, personalised patient care in a friendly, community-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
Licensed to practice medicine in New Mexico (or eligible for licensure)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Completed Medical Fellowship is a plus, but not required
Previous outpatient clinic experience preferred
Skills
Ability to see patients of all ages, including newborns
Competency in well-woman exams and preventive care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
