• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
• The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a community-focused setting.

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across all age groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform routine physical exams, screenings, and health assessments
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible Oregon medical license
• DEA certification or eligibility
• Strong commitment to community-based patient care
Working Hours
• Monday – Friday outpatient clinic schedule
• Day shift with a balanced workload
Skills
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Ability to manage a wide range of medical conditions
• Team-oriented approach to healthcare delivery
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
