Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Provider- Private Practice setting –

Job description:
- Key Duties: Perform physical exams, diagnose illnesses, manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), order/interpret tests, and coordinate specialist referrals.
- Preventive Care: Administer vaccinations, order screenings, and provide lifestyle and disease prevention counseling.
- Core Requirements: Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.), completion of a 3-year family medicine residency, and an active state medical license.
- Essential Skills: Strong patient communication, empathetic clinical approach, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
