Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine procedures such as suturing, biopsies, joint injections, and minor dermatologic procedures
• Conduct preventive care visits, screenings, and health education
• Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic studies
• Collaborate with NP and healthcare team for coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Active Indiana license (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience treating patients across all age groups – Required
• Clean malpractice history preferred
Working Hours
• On-call 1:7 (phone-only)
Skills
• Proficiency in minor procedures and chronic disease management
• Excellent patient communication and care coordination
• Team-oriented mindset with teaching interest
• EMR experience (EPIC preferred)
