Excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient practice in Plymouth, IN. Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine exams, preventive care, and minor procedures
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and communicate results effectively
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies
• Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Qualifications
• Active Indiana license (or willingness to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience treating patients across all age groups – Required
• Clean malpractice history preferred
Working Hours
• On-call 1:7 (phone-only coverage)
Skills
• Patient-centered care approach
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Ability to manage diverse patient populations
• EMR experience (EPIC preferred)
