Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care, screenings, and immunizations
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in light call rotation with RN triage support
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
• Optionally engage in teaching and leadership activities
Qualifications
• Active New York medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA and ACLS certification by start date
• Strong interest in full-spectrum primary care
Working Hours
• ~34 patient-facing hours per week
• No in-office weekends
• Minimal call: phone-only coverage every ~70 days + limited telemedicine
