Northern California
Position Highlights:
- Schedule can be 4 or 5 days per week
- 15 patients per day, 30-minute appointment windows
- Lower pediatrics volume
- No Call and No Weekends
- Collaborative team-based approach with a shared decision-making model
- Marketing is done to help build the practice
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary up to $330,000
- Sign On of $100,000
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- Health, Dental and Vision covered
- NHSC, PSLF, and IHS Student Loan Repayment eligible
- Up to $5,000 CME and 40 hours CME PTO
- 5% 401k match
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Family Medicine
- Licensure: California licensed or ability to obtain
- Skillset: Family Medicine
- Experience: All levels will be considered
