Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care (acute & chronic conditions)
• Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
• Deliver preventive care and health education
• Manage patient panels using population health tools
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise and collaborate with APPs and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and coding
• Participate in quality improvement and care initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible Oregon medical license
• Experience in community health or underserved populations preferred
• Strong commitment to health equity and culturally competent care
