Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join team in Grangeville, Idaho
Position Highlights:
Full-scope practice including outpatient, inpatient, emergency room, obstetrics, and limited surgical care
Care for patients of all ages
Patient-centered medical home model with team-based care
Leadership role with support staff including nurses, clinical assistants, and case managers
Opportunity to supervise Advanced Practice Providers
Involvement in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development
Participation in medical staff committees and peer review activities
Community-based practice with continuity of care focus
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care across clinic and hospital settings
Manage patient panel with focus on preventive care and chronic disease management
Coordinate care with specialists and community resources
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR
Supervise and collaborate with APPs as assigned
Participate in call coverage and team-based care delivery
Engage in quality improvement and performance initiatives
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active Idaho license or ability to obtain
BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and NRP required
PALS preferred (required if practicing obstetrics)
Active DEA and controlled substance registration
