Clinical Details:
* Maintain active clinical practice in Family Medicine
* Supervise and mentor residents in clinical settings
* Oversee full scope training including inpatient, outpatient, OB, pediatrics, geriatrics, and community medicine
* Promote scholarly activity, research, and quality improvement initiatives

Leadership Responsibilities:
* Direct all aspects of residency program operations and accreditation
* Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements
* Lead curriculum development and program improvement initiatives
* Chair Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) and Clinical Competency Committee (CCC)
* Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and residents
* Oversee resident recruitment, evaluation, and professional development
* Collaborate with GME and hospital leadership on strategic planning

Requirements:
* MD or DO

* Minimum 3 years of GME leadership or core faculty experience
* Eligible for Maine medical license
