In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient encounters in compliance with medical standards and regulations.
- Participate in patient education and health promotion activities to support community wellness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop effective care plans.
- Adhere to clinical protocols, standards, and best practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date with medical advancements and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (BE/BD).
- Valid and unrestricted California Medical License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Proven experience in outpatient primary care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
