Physician - Family Medicine Clinic

Required Skills:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted California Medical License
- BLS, ACLS, and DEA certification
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage 20-22 patients daily
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional language skills or cultural competence in diverse populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in family medicine or outpatient care preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work day shifts (8 hours, Monday through Friday)
- No night or weekend call responsibilities
- Participation in federal and state loan repayment programs (NHSC scholar site eligibility)
- Willingness to travel for licensure or certification reimbursements as applicable
