We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join a first-class clinical team. This is a new position focused on delivering high-quality direct patient care within a dynamic, integrated team-based model. You will play a key role in both clinical excellence and the growth of innovative population health activities.

This role requires a professional committed to customer service, privacy, and continuous improvement in a value-based care setting.

Core Responsibilities

  • Direct Patient Care: Evaluate and treat clinic patients according to established standards of care.

  • Quality Monitoring: Monitor patient care levels using data and chart reviews to ensure medical excellence.

  • Care Coordination: Assist in coordinating patient services using internal capabilities and network resources.

  • Team Collaboration: Act as a primary source of medical expertise during daily huddles and maintain a cooperative, professional demeanor with the care team.

  • Administrative Diligence: Complete medical record documentation timely and ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.

  • Operational Integration: Meet with departments to discuss quality outcomes, policy, and procedures; follow protocols defined by Clinical Leadership.

  • Community & Growth: Build relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, and participate in identifying growth opportunities for services.

Position Details

  • Location: 100% on-site work at the care center.

  • Mobility: May involve movement between clinics as needed.

  • Schedule: May include extended hours.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.

  • Licensure: Current and unrestricted Arizona medical license.

  • Specialization: Must have experience/focus in Family Practice and Med-Peds.

  • Certifications: Active BLS certification, Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license, and an active AZ fingerprint clearance card.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of interpersonal skill for interacting with colleagues and patients.

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency.

  • Mindset: Fully engaged in "Integrated team-based care" and willing to adapt to a value-based care environment.
