We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician / Primary Care Physician to join an established, patient-centered medical practice in Crestview, Florida. Physician Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Manage preventive care, screenings, and immunizations
  • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and treatment therapies
  • Provide patient education and follow-up care
  • Refer patients to specialists and community resources when appropriate
  • Participate in care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain timely and compliant electronic medical record documentation
Qualifications:
  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Board certification required within 3 years if board eligible
  • Active Florida Medical License or ability to obtain
  • Current DEA registration
  • Current CPR certification
  • Eligible for malpractice coverage
