We are currently interviewing for Family Medicine or Primary Care Physicians on behalf of a community-based healthcare organization with two outpatient sites in North Carolina. These are employed, fully onsite outpatient roles serving community health center populations. There are no obstetrics responsibilities, no infant care, and no call requirements.
Practice Setting
• Community health center environment
• Outpatient primary care only
• Adult and pediatric patients, excluding infants
• No OB or GYN responsibilities
• Mission driven organization serving diverse and underserved populations
• North Carolina participates in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
Locations
Northeastern North Carolina
• Sites are located on the coast and approximately 45–60 miles inland
• Exact site details will be shared during the interview process
• Physicians will be assigned to one primary site, not split coverage
Schedule
• Three days per week onsite
• Daytime clinic hours
• No call responsibilities
• Dedicated administrative time provided daily for chart completion, patient follow up, and care coordination
• Immediate need, start as soon as credentialing is completed
Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly compensation of $110 per hour
