$30K Sign-On- Rural Family Practice - Hospital Employed Opportunity

A leading, non-profit regional health system in Mid-Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a rural outreach clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice true “small-town” medicine while benefiting from the resources, technology, and support of a large, integrated healthcare network.

Practice Highlights – The Rural Advantage

Work-Life Balance:

• 4.5-day work week (36 patient hours / 4 admin hours)

• No weekends or holidays

• Clinic schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Practice Setting:

• 100% outpatient

• Established hospitalist program—no inpatient responsibilities

Support & Efficiency:

• Dedicated Medical Assistant for each physician

• Additional support from an on-site Advanced Practice Provider

• EPIC EMR with strong onboarding and support

• AI-assisted documentation tools to improve efficiency

Compensation & Benefits

• Highly competitive base salary with 2-year guarantee

• $30,000 sign-on bonus
