Job description
A leading, non-profit regional health system in Mid-Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a rural outreach clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice true “small-town” medicine while benefiting from the resources, technology, and support of a large, integrated healthcare network.

Work-Life Balance:

4.5-day work week (36 patient hours / 4 admin hours)

No weekends or holidays

Clinic schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Practice Setting:

100% outpatient

Established hospitalist program—no inpatient responsibilities
Support & Efficiency:

Dedicated Medical Assistant for each physician

Additional support from an on-site Advanced Practice Provider

EPIC EMR with strong onboarding and support

AI-assisted documentation tools to improve efficiency
Compensation & Benefits

Highly competitive base salary with 2-year guarantee

$30,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
