Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose, treat, and manage complex medical conditions while promoting preventive care and chronic disease management

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for or holding Illinois medical licensure
• DEA certification
