Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Outpatient Community Health
Location: Ludlow, VT - Manchester 30m

Position Overview
Seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative community health team in southern Vermont. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive outpatient care in a patient-centered environment with integrated behavioral health, care coordination, and strong community support.
The position is ideal for physicians who value team-based care, evidence-based medicine, and building long-term patient relationships while managing a diverse and sometimes complex patient population.
Qualifications / Candidate Requirements
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Completion of a 3-year residency training program
* Eligible for Vermont medical licensure
* Strong clinical judgment and experience managing common primary care conditions
* Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
* Commitment to evidence-based medicine and team-based care
* J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome
