This Direct Primary Care model serves 20,000 eligible member patients, allowing you to focus on quality, preventative care without the administrative burden of multiple insurance carriers. Physicians practice in a fully staffed, collegial environment alongside RNs, APPs, and fellow physicians committed to team-based care. With a Monday-Friday schedule, no nights, no weekends, and no call, this position delivers true lifestyle sustainability. Backed by physician-friendly leadership and EPIC EMR support, this is a rare opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.



Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• Direct Primary Care model serving 20K eligible member patients
• Only one insurance to manage - minimal administrative burden
• Fully staffed team including RNs, APPs, and multiple physicians
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule
• No nights, no weekends, no call
• See approximately 2 patients per hour with focus on preventative care
