Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colorado - we are seeking a full-time, Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative and physician-led primary care team. Position Overview

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population

• 36 patient-facing hours per week with additional time for professional development

• Ability to quickly empanel patients and build a strong patient panel

• Access to nearby lab and imaging services for comprehensive patient care

• Participate in an after-hours phone call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues

• Collaborative care environment with physicians and advanced practice providers

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

• Productivity Bonus based on wRVUs

• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $24,000 ($1,000 per month for 2 years)

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency)

• Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain

• DEA required prior to start

• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
