An established and growing healthcare organization in the Conroe, TX area is seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its primary care team. This is a leadership-focused opportunity for a seasoned clinician who understands clinic operations and thrives in a structured, high-quality outpatient environment.
This role is ideal for a physician with at least six years of experience who brings strong clinical skills, operational awareness, and the ability to lead within a collaborative setting.
Position Highlights
Full-time outpatient position
4.5 clinic days per week
No call
No hospital responsibilities

Compensation
Base salary between $275,000 and $300,000
$30,000 sign-on bonus
$15,000 relocation assistance (may be added to sign-on if relocation is not needed)

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Deliver preventive care, manage chronic conditions, and treat acute illnesses
Conduct detailed medical evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and clinic leadership to ensure coordinated patient care
Educate patients on treatment options and preventive health strategies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Minimum of six years of clinical experience required
Valid Texas medical license or ability to obtain
Strong clinic operations knowledge and leadership capability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
