Practice Details
Sanford Health in Walker, MN has an opening for a Family Medicine physician!
- Join three advanced practice providers (practice independently)
- Monday-Friday 8-5
- No call
- Cover walk-in – ½ days (split between 4 providers)
- Lab and Xray on site
- Behavioral Health – IHT on site
- Outreach from Bemidji
o Cardiology, IM, Nephrology, OB, Ortho, Podiatry, Psych – NP
Compensation Package
- Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus
estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will
be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
