Practice Details
Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bagley, Minnesota.
- Join a team of two physicians and three APPs
- Traditional practice (outpatient and inpatient)
- Call is 1:3 - hospital inpatients (mainly phone calls)
- Clinic is nearby to Sanford Bagley Medical Center, a 25 bed critical access hospital
- Average hospital inpatient census - 6
- Annual ER volume - 3,200
- Remote support - social worker, IHT and RN case manager
- On-site services include: -EKG, X-ray, CT, PT/OT, cardiac rehab, chiropractic, laboratory, stress tests, eye service, IV infusion, psych
- Outreach from Bemidji - sleep, bariatrics, dermatology, mobile mamo, MRI, OB
Compensation Package
- Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus
estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will
be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
