Practice Details
Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in our Park Rapids Clinic
- Join a team of one physician and one APP
- Outpatient practice- no call
- Monday- Friday; 8-5
- Support staff: LPN, lab/X-ray, patient access representative
- Outreach specialties that provide service in the clinic:
cardiology, oncology, ortho, podiatry, nephrology, OB & diabetes education
Compensation Package
- Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus
estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will
be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
