Sanford Health has a an opportunity available for a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their growing practice in Perham, Minnesota.
- Clinic Hours M-F 8a-5p and Sat 9a-noon
- Looking for a provider to join in 2025
- 24/7 staffed emergency room
- Cal 1:6
- Multispecialty group practice including Family Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Psychology
- Service region of approximately 15,000 patients
- Outreach specialties include Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Cardiology, Oncology, and Nephrology
- Clinic and Hospital are 136,000 square feet; attached to a 25 bed critical access hospital along with 52 clinical exam rooms all under one roof
Compensation Package
