Practice Details
Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for a fast growing practice in Detroit Lakes, MN.
- Multispecialty group practice including FM, IM, Dermatology, Audiology, Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn, Surgery, Podiatry, Optometry, Psychology, Psychiatry and Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy
- Service region of 55,000
- Outreach specialties include: Allergy, Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Opthalmology, Pain Management, and Urology
- Call is 1:6 shared with IM, but FM covers pediatrics call. Local hospital employs 24-7 hospitalist service.
- Also covering monthly nursing home/TCU rounds at local long term care facility
- On-site pharmacy, walk-in clinic, lab, imaging and ambulatory surgical center
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
