Pay & Benefits
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Annual Salary: $257,000 - $286,000
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (eligibility required)
- Productivity Bonus: Based on wRVUs
- Student Loan Assistance: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population
- Manage a panel of patients with a focus on preventive, acute, and chronic care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a physician-led environment
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation alongside colleagues
- Utilize nearby lab and imaging services for efficient patient care
- Contribute to quality improvement and care coordination strategies
- Help foster UCHealth’s mission of accessible, innovative healthcare
What You Need
- Current Colorado medical license or eligible
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to quickly establish a patient panel in a dynamic clinical environment
