A rural healthcare practice in Ada, Minnesota is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician who enjoys practicing broad-spectrum medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide a mix of primary care, emergency medicine, basic hospital medicine, and nursing home care while also developing leadership skills.
Position Highlights
• Full-time, 1.0 FTE position
• Combination of clinic-based primary care, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and nursing home care
• Opportunity to mentor and lead a team of three experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Leadership development with dedicated time for mentoring and consultation
• Salaried position with a portion of FTE allocated to leadership responsibilities
• ER call negotiable
