Location: Ukiah, California (Mendocino County)

Position Highlights
* Lead and direct the Adventist Health Ukiah Valley Family Medicine Residency Program (established 2019, 6 residents per cohort)
* 80% administrative, 20% clinical responsibilities
* Collaborate with family medicine physicians, residents, and rural sites
* No hospital call; work schedule Monday–Friday
* Program is ACGME-accredited and affiliated with UC Davis

Qualifications
* MD or DO with active or eligible California medical license
* 3+ years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) experience required
* Ability to meet hospital medical staff credentialing standards
Responsibilities
* Oversee residency curriculum, faculty, and resident development
* Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies
* Mentor and support residents in clinical and community-based projects
* Participate in strategic program planning and evaluation

* Salary range: $300,465 – $387,352
