• $300,000 Salary Guarantee
• $150,000 Annual Retention Bonus
• $50,000 Commencement Bonus
• wRVU production bonus model

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

• Ultra Modern 25 bed Critical Access hospital
• Hybrid Model-90% Outpatient/10% Hospitalist
• See 15-20 patients daily in clinic
• Call 1:7 with weekend inpatient rotation
• Procedures NOT required, but can do them if you like
• Dedicated support staff matched to you
• Very efficient, and most administrative burdens eliminated

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

• Recent Board Eligible or Board Certification
• Outpatient clinic and Inpatient Management
• Quality and Patient Care Focused
• Work well in Teams
