FAMILY PRACTICE | NO CALL | CLINIC ONLY | WITHIN 1 HOUR OF BIRMINGHAM
A well-established, hospital-employed family practice opportunity in Alabama is ready for an immediate hire — step into a thriving panel with patients waiting from day one.
• Defined need: replacing a retired physician with a shortage of 3 PCPs in the area
• Join a collaborative team of 2 employed physicians plus 2 NPs and 1 PA
• Comfortable 4.5-day work week: Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–noon
• Spacious, modern clinic located adjacent to the hospital
• Strong mid-level support and specialty referral resources in place
• Friendly, tenured staff and a culture that prioritizes physician satisfaction
• Non-productivity bonus up to $33,379 per year
• wRVU production bonus
• Total income potential of $350,000–$450,000 per year based on current provider performance
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000+
• Relocation assistance, malpractice coverage with tail, CME allowance, and PTO included

• Competitive base salary of $300,417 benchmarked to MGMA data• Non-productivity bonus up to $33,379 per year
