Clinical Duties
- Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
- Provide preventive care (immunizations, screenings, annual checkups)
- Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic imaging
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans
- Perform minor in-office procedures (suturing, biopsies, joint injections)
Patient Care & Communication
- Develop long-term patient relationships
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Counsel patients on lifestyle changes (nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation)
- Coordinate care with specialists when needed
Full-time
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Practice autonomously with independent patient panel
- Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3 weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year
- Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates

- Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year
- Earnings potential for seasoned clinicians exceeds $400k
