Primary Care Physician | Full-Time

A well-established healthcare organization in the Hilton Head, South Carolina area is actively seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its expanding outpatient team. The position emphasizes outpatient medicine with strong specialist collaboration and minimal hospital responsibilities.

Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting

• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic diseases

• Conduct preventive health visits and routine physical examinations

• Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals

• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and care management teams

• Utilize EMR systems to ensure accurate and efficient documentation

• Participate in quality initiatives and population health programs

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Eligible for South Carolina State medical licensure

• Active or eligible DEA registration

• Strong diagnostic, communication, and team collaboration skills

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
