Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for all ages

- Perform routine in-office procedures

- Participate in light 1:7 phone-only call rotation
Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible for Indiana medical license
- Active DEA certification
- BLS and ACLS certification
