Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: 4 or 5-day work week with no weekends and no call!
- Ideal Practice Setting: Outpatient only and a light patient load of 10-15 per day
- Established Practice: 1 MD, 1 OBGYN, 1 NP and office staff
- Strong Support: Wonderful executive leadership with open-door policy and that values collaboration
- Protected Admin Time: 1 hour protected time to chart each day
- EMR: Cerner Community Works
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $301,000 Annually
- Bonus Compensation: Up to $10,000 per year
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000 relocation assistance & transitional housing available at no cost
- Full Benefits Package: Including health, dental, and 401k
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $400k through state and federal programs
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Licensure: California licensed or able to obtain license
