Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted Medical License in District of Columbia
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in Primary Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong dedication to providing compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population.
Conduct routine physical exams.
Diagnose and treat common medical conditions while following established protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness, offering clear and actionable guidance.
Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic.
Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes.
Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner.
Complete charting in the electronic medical record.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, creating a respectful and positive environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Must have at least three years of primary care experience.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in the District of Columbia (DC).
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
- Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care, and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative practice environment.
