Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine
Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to a mix of pediatric and adult patients
• See minimum 18 patients per day with schedule flexibility for 10-hour shifts
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule
• Include some chronic pain management in practice scope
• Complete chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounters
• Provide well woman care and IUD insertion/removal services preferred
• Handle pediatric care from newborn through adolescent age groups
• Board certification or board eligible (within 5 years of residency) required
• Active California medical license required - no IMLC accepted
• Active DEA license required before start date
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing process takes 30-60 days with timely document submission
• Required immunizations include 2025-2026 flu vaccine, TB screening, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• 30-day notice required for assignment termination
• Housing coordination assistance available through designated coordinator
