Full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established, patient-centered outpatient practice in Saratoga Springs, New York. This physician-led environment offers flexible scheduling (4- or 5-day workweek options), strong APP collaboration, teaching opportunities, and optional involvement in hospital medicine or leadership roles. Ideal candidates are committed to long-term outpatient primary care.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient care
See an average of 18–24 patients per day
Participate in light, shared call rotation (phone-only with RN triage support)
Provide limited telemedicine weekend coverage periodically
Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
Engage in teaching medical students and NP/PA students (optional)
Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements
Qualifications
Active New York medical license or willingness to obtain – Required
DEA and ACLS certification by start date – Required
Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required
Willingness to work full-time (4- or 5-day schedule) – Required
Strong commitment to primary care for all age groups – Required
Not accepting Locums, 1099, visa candidates, or long-distance commuting arrangements
No lapsed board certifications
