Full-time opportunity for an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join Stillwater Family Health Center in Stillwater, New York. This is a well-supported outpatient practice offering flexible scheduling, shared call rotation, teaching opportunities, and potential involvement in leadership or hybrid hospital roles. Ideal candidate is committed to long-term practice growth within a collaborative, physician-led environment.
Job Responsibilities
Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and minor injuries
Perform preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Participate in light shared call rotation with RN triage support
Optionally teach first-year medical students and precept NP/PA students
Engage in quality improvement and potential leadership initiatives
Qualifications
Truly Board Eligible candidates must specify years since eligibility and timeline to Board Certification – Required
Active New York license or willingness to obtain – Required
Minimum 1 year of primary care experience – Required
Clean malpractice and license history – Required
Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required
Not accepting Locums or Visa candidates
Must meet ACLS and DEA requirements
Working Hours
