This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at a cutting-edge advanced primary care clinic in Topeka, KS. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights:
- Manage only 10-12 patients per day
- Administrate as a clinical team leader. Provide collaboration and medical advice/guidance and oversee other medical staff in the clinic
- Staff includes 2 APPs, mental health specialist, MAs, and health coach
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Predictable workweek
- No after-hours call
- Pay range: $250,000 - $280,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement
Qualifications:
- BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 2+ years)
- Procedure experience is a huge plus!
